This declaration on digital accessibility applies to the services offered on the websites of IBV Taucha mbH.
Supplement to the accessibility statement
Our websites use the Eye-Able® Assist tool from Web Inclusion GmbH to improve the accessibility of content. Eye-Able® Assist allows users to adapt the website to their individual needs. The functions include:
- Adjustment of font sizes
- Color and contrast settings
- Keyboard navigation and read-aloud function
- Night mode and blue light filter
- Additional tools such as enlarging the mouse pointer or hiding images

Status of accessibility
The basis for accessibility is the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1. The international standard PDF/UA-1 is also observed for PDF documents.
Our websites are only partially accessible according to the guidelines mentioned above.

Have you submitted a request regarding the accessibility of our websites using the contact details above? If a satisfactory solution has not been found within a reasonable period, you can contact the office of the State Commissioner for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities (Enforcement Agency) at the Saxon State Chancellery, which is responsible for the enforcement procedure. The Enforcement Agency supports out-of-court dispute resolution if conflicts arise between public bodies in Saxony and users of the websites or mobile applications. This conciliation procedure is free of charge. The involvement of legal counsel is not required.
