Operating Costs Statement 2026

“Every year again” is the theme when it comes to the operating costs statement. Preparations have been underway since the beginning of the year. Among other things, the final invoices from the relevant utility companies for natural gas, electricity, water, and waste disposal fees are required for this. Our goal is to complete all operating costs statements by September 30, 2026. A prerequisite for this is, however, that the heat metering services “ista” and “techem” prepare the water and heating cost statements in a timely manner.
