IBV Taucha mbH, as the municipal housing company of the town of Taucha, currently has approximately 1,280 apartments with a total rental area of approximately 71,500 square meters, as well as two commercial properties (medical centers). In addition to IBV’s own properties, we also handle the building and property management for the town of Taucha and manage residential properties for external owners and homeowner associations.
