Our Mission and Vision, as well as our eight core values, are:
Our mission (What we do today)
WOTa ensures that people in Taucha can live well and affordably. We want everyone to feel at home in Taucha—regardless of who they are or what their life looks like.
We do not only offer apartments. We also provide things that make everyday life easier:
- clean and well-maintained residential complexes
- sports fields that are open to everyone
- services that help in everyday life
- a management team that listens and is there for people
We work reliably, courteously, and respectfully.
We communicate transparently and speak with our tenants and employees.
Our vision (What we want for the future)
In the future, WOTa aims to be a role model for good housing.
We plan to provide:
- modern, environmentally friendly apartments
- offers for children, adults, and older people
- reliable everyday services

This includes:
- managing apartments well
- building new homes
- modernising older buildings
- creating housing for people on low incomes
- financing, maintaining, and later deconstructing buildings
- working with different people, e.g. tenants
- planning in an environmentally friendly way
- operating sustainably over the long term
Summary of the goals of the affiliated companies IBV and GBV
The two companies, IBV and GBV, have the following goals:
- Reduce vacant apartments to 5%
- Provide at least 15% of all apartments in Taucha
- Develop one new residential site every year
- Safeguard and further improve the Taucha Sports and Leisure Centre
