Cultural monument according to the State Office for Monument Preservation Saxony:
Well-proportioned and strictly structured building with an elaborate portal and a shallow bay window, Reform style architecture, of architectural-historical significance. Two-story, five-axis, with a hipped mansard roof, two mansard windows with curved gables flank a dormer with a gable containing a semicircular window, a segment-arched bay window on the upper floor in the central axis, entrance on the right with an elaborately profiled frame, simple plaster facade articulation, folding shutters, old windows, painted eaves box.
