Bauplan für den neuen Westflügel (künftiges Kirchplatz 4): Kellergeschoss mit Wohnung des Wachtmeisters, Wachstube und 3 Gefängniszellen, Hof mit Bedürfnisanstalt; Hochparterre mit Standesamt, Stadtkasse, Sparkasse, Amtstube des Bürgermeisters, Registratur und Archiv; 1. OG Wohnung des Bürgermeisters; Dachgeschoss Wohnung des Wachtmeisters.

On the east side, a school wing (Community School) is built. The later building at Kirchplatz 4 is modeled in form and size after it.

An der Ostseite entsteht ein Schulflügel (Bürgerschule). Der spätere Bau Kirchplatz 4 orientiert sich in Form und Größe daran.
