Regulations for emergencies and incidents

Please use our form to report damage or request a repair.

Emergencies include, for example:

  • Heating failure in the apartment or residential building
  • Gas odor
  • Water pipe burst
  • Suspicion of fire hazard (smoldering sockets, cables, distributors)
  • Power failure in the entire apartment or residential building
  • Heating pipes or radiators are severely leaking
  • Blockages in the main drain pipe

Non-emergencies include, for example:

  • dripping faucets
  • clogged hand basins
  • individual defective light switches, bells, etc.

Before using the emergency number, please check whether it is an emergency.

If this is not the case, the call-out will be charged to the tenant/caller.

To avoid major damage, we ask that you close the main water valves in your apartment or switch off the main switch/fuse in your safety box, paying attention to the type of incident.
