Emergencies<\/strong> include, for example:<\/p>\n

  • Heating failure in the apartment or residential building<\/li>\n
  • Gas odor<\/li>\n
  • Water pipe burst<\/li>\n
  • Suspicion of fire hazard (smoldering sockets, cables, distributors)<\/li>\n
  • Power failure in the entire apartment or residential building<\/li>\n
  • Heating pipes or radiators are severely leaking<\/li>\n
  • Blockages in the main drain pipe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Non-emergencies<\/strong> include, for example:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • dripping faucets<\/li>\n
    • clogged hand basins<\/li>\n
    • individual defective light switches, bells, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Before using the emergency number, please check whether it is an emergency.<\/p>\n

      If this is not the case, the call-out will be charged to the tenant\/caller.<\/p>\n

      To avoid major damage, we ask that you close the main water valves in your apartment or switch off the main switch\/fuse in your safety box, paying attention to the type of incident.<\/p>\n
